Our Response to COVID-19

SA+R remains fully open for business and enthusiastically committed to providing outstanding architectural service to our clients and our projects. In response to the evolving circumstances with COVID-19, and our ongoing concern for our colleagues, their families, and the larger community, we have decided to shift to remote work for all employees. We transitioned last year to a cloud-based platform, which also allows for video conference capabilities. The system is robust and already working extremely well.

We are suspending all travel for projects and will be hosting all meetings remotely. For projects in construction, we will work with individual GC’s to establish a means to perform site visits via technology or to limit contact and exposure for everyone’s benefit should an in-person visit be necessary.

Adapting our inherently collaborative work process to an all-digital system will certainly present some challenges, but every challenge carries opportunity. We live, and we practice architecture, together with a spirit that embraces the opportunities. We’ll learn and grow from this unique experience, and we’ll all be back together soon.
