River Mile Rezoning Receives Approval From City Council

An exciting day for Denver’s River Mile!  The redevelopment plan, which involves rezoning for a 58-acre property,  was approved with a unanimous 12-0 vote at the city council meeting last night.  This is a huge milestone for the vision of redeveloping this site into a new downtown neighborhood with housing, offices, schools, community uses, retail and recreation spaces along the South Platte River.  Read more about our team’s vision for the project at the links below!
