A creative with a penchant for business, Geoffrey Siffring found architecture later in his career. While living on the island of O’ahu in Hawai’i, Geoffrey studied Economics while working as a professional touring musician. During his time working as a musician, Geoffrey was able to record 5 albums with his bands and perform on 10 cross-country tours, including the 2011 Vans Warped tour. Upon his return to his home State of Colorado, he recognized a lost passion for architecture through his pedestrian commuting ways and changed his professional course.
With this unique background in tow, Geoffrey joined SA+R in 2015 after pursuing his architectural degree at the University of Denver. While studying there with one of SA+R’s Senior Associates, we had the chance to bring him on board our team as a model builder and then ultimately a full time designer. Geoffrey has helped with some of our largest multifamily projects since joining the firm, such as Downtown Denver’s The Grand building, the Modera LoHi residential community, and the new Milo luxury apartments off of Colorado Boulevard. Bringing to each project his uniquely interwoven musical and economic points of view, he provides each SA+R project a unique, creative approach that invariably improves each assignment.
