SAR+ is proud to continue our long-standing partnership with Lennar Multifamily Communities in providing transformative urban environments with this new, 14 story mixed-use project located at the corner of West 10th Ave and North Bannock Street in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood. Although in many ways related directly to its adjacent neighbor, Citizens West, 180 W. 10th is a project that stands alone in its bold interpretations of this unique Denver location.

The project draws from the idea that the Golden Triangle neighborhood, and its adjacency to the heart of the city, allows the building’s residents the opportunity to make a home in the building, while also living out in this exciting city. Ample ground floor retail and public gathering spaces are provided and interconnected through open circulation patterns and are further articulated by a bold graphic pattern created through exterior porcelain tile finishes, unique to the Denver streetscape. An elevated amenity deck further connects the building’s residents to the urban environment, while offering multiple opportunities for spontaneous interactions and community growth. The project team coined the term “Boutique-onomical” as a founding concept for this project, which combines high design solutions and economical sensibilities. This has led to the creation of one of Denver’s newest urban living experiences.
