The Cayuga Green Mixed Use Parking facility is a 700 car structure in downtown Ithaca, New York. The building includes commercial space at its base along Cayuga Street, a major downtown commercial street. This building, nearing completion, will include a soon to be designed and constructed residential wrap on its east elevation, thus completing the building and providing a sensitive face to the Six Mile Creek open space corridor. The project, developed and owned by the City of Ithaca, provides needed parking for new development in the downtown area. The design of the building respects the existing older brick structures in the downtown.
