This mixed-use eight-story LoDo infill project provides structured parking for an adjacent historic warehouse adapted to office use. The parking use becomes secondary to the more attractive street-level retail and three levels of condominium residences above. The building’s form responds to and respects the height of the adjacent historic structure with a setback along Wynkoop Street. An upper level setback along the alley provides light an air for an adjacent residential loft building.
