parcels totaling 2.24 acres. Our proposed mixed use re-development configures the 6 Gart owned parcels as 4 sites. Three development sites surround yet respect and draw identity from the 90 year old Sportscastle
building which remains anchoring the corner. It serves the adjacent developments with an activated plaza, retail programming, and expansive glass. In turn, the Project contributes an enlivened and pedestrian oriented sense of place for two of Denver’s most dense and character rich neighborhoods.
