Macy’s Makeover in Modern Steel Magazine
We transformed an old, windowless big-box store into a dynamic mixed-use building! The former Macy’s at the north end of Boulder’s Twenty Ninth Street Mall was reimagined with a sleek curtain wall and ACM façade. To bring in natural light, we removed sections of the building to create a plaza and two light wells, brightening up the lower level. A spacious rooftop deck was also added, offering stunning views of the Flatirons and Front Range.
