1900 Lawrence Awarded with American Architecture Award
1900 Lawrence has received a 2025 American Architecture Award! Since 1994, this awards program—presented by The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Center for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies—has honored the most significant new buildings and planning projects in the U.S. and abroad, celebrating excellence and innovation in contemporary design.
We’re proud to have partnered as the local architect on Goettsch Partners‘ team for this landmark project. Designed to enhance connectivity between indoor and outdoor environments, 1900 Lawrence offers 11 private tenant terraces and a communal amenity deck with sweeping views of the Front Range. With anticipated Platinum certifications in LEED, WELL, and WiredScore, the building sets a new standard for workplace sustainability, wellness, and design.
