Waldorf Astoria Residences Breaks Ground in Cherry Creek
The highly anticipated groundbreaking of the Waldorf Astoria Private Residences in Denver’s Cherry Creek took place last week! Designed by SAR+ Architects in collaboration with internationally renowned concept architect Carlos Ott, the project brings timeless elegance and signature Waldorf Astoria amenities to one of the city’s most coveted neighborhoods.
The 37 luxury homes offer custom floor plans, European kitchens, private balconies, semi-private elevators, and private penthouse roof terraces featuring expansive city and mountain views. Residences range from 1,000 to 4,000 square feet, from studios to four-bedroom penthouses.
