Located in the heart of Tempe, Arizona in the Mill Avenue District, this unbuilt, two-tower project’s design included 237 hotel rooms and over 250,000 square feet of office space. Approximately 1,160 parking spaces spread across three below-grade and six above-grade parking levels, as well.
With an abundance of amenities including a rooftop pool deck, over 8,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, a third-floor fitness room, and multiple retail spaces, this project sought to engage its users through a smart integration of programmatic uses. Sitting adjacent to the Historic Hayden House, with disencumbered views to the north of both Tempe Beach Park and Tempe Town Lake, the design team’s goal to maximize the full potential of the site. The lobbies for the two towers are connected by a paved outdoor space bringing a an activated cohesiveness to the entire site.
