4646 Broadway Lofts

4646 Broadway is a 12 story residential tower located adjacent to Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza. The conceptual approach taken by the design team and the client group embraced this challenge by creating a contrast in architectural styles with the existing Spanish character of the Plaza. 4646 Broadway represents the first such approach to be completed within the neighborhood.
