The Mark

SAR+ collaborated with a team of local and national consultants to design and build The Mark, a high-rise residential condo tower in San Diego.
Being such a prominent contributor to the skyline of San Diego, the team maintained an extremely high standard of design expectations. Our role, throughout the entire design and construction process, leveraged our experience in residential design and high-rise structural technologies. The design approach combined custom exterior systems along with other, more traditional building technologies, in order to elevate the design caliber while meeting the client’s budget.
Ultimately, a signature residential tower emerged for the City of San Diego, prominently seen behind center field of Petco Park, the San Diego Padres baseball stadium.
