New Project – 1900 Lawrence
We’re thrilled to be the associate architect working with Chicago-based Goettsch Partners on 1900 Lawrence, the new 30-story office tower going up in downtown Denver. Developed by Riverside Chicago with partner Convexity Properties, the speculative office will include 700,000 sf of office space and approximately 18,000 sf of ground floor retail. With a focus on health and wellness, the building will emphasize air quality, low- and no-touch features, and outdoor access, with private tenant terraces throughout.
