SAR+ on Single Stair Panel at 2025 Colorado Housing Conference
SAR+’s Sean Jursnick and Jesse Adkins joined friends Peter Lifari and Representative Andrew Boesenecker for a panel discussion at the 2025 Housing Colorado Conference on Smart-Stair housing — a globally common but about-to-be newly permitted model for housing in Colorado. The conversation focused on how this approach can help bridge our state’s “missing middle” housing gap by supporting affordability, sustainability, equity, and livability.
