This 13-story, 232-unit apartment community is officially under construction! We’re thrilled to be working with Greystar and Shaw Construction on the new addition to Denver’s Union Station neighborhood. 19th & Chestnut — The active lobby features a fireplace hearth, social seating stair, fitness + yoga studio, co-working space, and laundry lounge.

19th & Chestnut_Home — A public plaza with built-in seating and shade trees serves as an extension of the active lobby.
