Winter Park Workforce Housing Breaks Ground
We recently celebrated the groundbreaking of Winter Park’s newest workforce housing development with partners Alterra Mountain Company and Saunders Construction! When finished, two buildings will house more than 300 residents, all within walking distance of the resort. The need for affordable housing in ski destinations across the country is no secret, so we’re excited to be playing a role in improving housing challenges and moving projects like this one forward. Construction is anticipated to be completed in the Fall of 2023.
