Alexan Belleview Breaks Ground
We officially broke ground on Alexan Belleview, our second project in the 55-acre Belleview Station transit oriented development. We’re thrilled to partner with TCR and Milender White on the 17 story development.
Filling the center block of a nine block area plan, the multifamily community is broken into three key masses which create a transition between the low rise architecture to the south along Belleview Avenue and the taller architecture to the north along the rail line and highway. Located at 4882 S. Newport St, this project is part of a mixed-use development that includes Class A office space, retail, hotels and five parks. Alexan Belleview will deliver 250 luxury apartments units with 250 parking stalls.
