Ali Menke, AIA

Architect | Senior Associate

Ali is an Architect and firm leader who leverages nearly 20 years of experience to lead complex projects ranging from expansive master plans to intricate interior details. Since joining the firm in 2014, she has played a pivotal role in shaping Denver’s architectural landscape, managing major developments from conception through completion. Notable successes include the 9+CO masterplan and redevelopment, Milo Luxury Residences and the River Mile masterplan. Currently, Ali leads the team for the Waldorf Astoria condominiums in Cherry Creek.

Beyond her design leadership, Ali is integral to the firm’s business operations, accountable for project financial health, schedule management, and feasibility analysis for new ventures. A dedicated mentor and advocate, she champions a culture of empathy and collaboration, driving Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives that strengthen both the office and the wider industry.
