Since joining SAR+ in 2005, Kevin has helped shape the firm through project leadership, mentorship, and community engagement. His experience includes complex mixed-use developments across the hospitality, office, planning, and housing sectors.
A committed advocate for sustainable design, Kevin has helped establish firm-wide and project-level standards for reducing the environmental footprint of SAR+ projects. Known for connecting people and ideas, he fosters a collaborative approach to design and problem-solving, bringing together diverse teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Kevin has led some of the firm’s most complex and high-profile projects, including Dairy Block, Moxy Boulder, 1900 Lawrence (Partner Architect), 299 Milwaukee, and The Standard at Boulder.
Beyond the studio, Kevin is an active leader within Denver’s architectural community. He has held recurring leadership roles with AIA Colorado, served on the State Energy Code Board, and advocates for the environment and the profession through legislative and governmental engagement at the State Capitol.
