Phil Morroni

BIM Manager

Phil is a long standing advocate for the use of technology in architectural design. As a BIM Manager, Phil draws upon his background in Architecture and Technology to push the limits of what is possible in Building Information Modeling. Using and creating tools that result in better coordinated, more efficient, and more sustainable design for all SAR+ Projects. As the firm’s BIM Manager, Phil is currently developing office standards for drawing production, modeling efficiency and accuracy, leveraging the latest cloud based tools, creating new process workflows, and training architectural staff. It has always been Phil’s goal to align the architectural vision of the project with the capabilities of what the software can provide, and always explore the limits of what both Architecture and software can do together.

A Colorado native, Phil has returned home to Denver after 13 years in Chicago. Leaving the big city behind for a return to the fresh mountain air, Phil is eager to get back out into our great state and all that it has to offer, from hiking, biking, to going to a Broncos or Rockies game, Phil is really looking forward to sharing his home city with his family and friends.
