Amy McCannEveryone is really passionate about good architecture and we always strive to prioritize our projects. It's an entrepreneurial environment - if there’s something you’re interested in pursuing or cultivating within the office, it’s supported and encouraged.
SAR+

Alex joined SAR+ in 2023, bringing with him a foundation in K–12 and federal work from his home state of Oklahoma. Originally from Tulsa, Alex studied architecture at the University of Oklahoma, where he developed a strong appreciation for the role design plays in shaping everyday experiences for people of all backgrounds.
Alex is currently working on a mixed-use multifamily project in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood and has contributed to campus improvement efforts for the Montessori School of Denver. His work is grounded in a commitment to inclusive design—architecture that uplifts communities and responds thoughtfully to the needs of its users. Outside of typical project work, Alex contributes to inclusion and outreach efforts as well as furthering the use of emerging technologies in practice.
Outside the office, Alex enjoys spending time in nature, hiking Colorado’s many trails, and exploring new places with his wife and dog.
