Miley Thompson, SHRM-CP

Office Manager

With eight years of experience in office management, operations, and HR, Miley plays a key role in keeping the SAR+ studio running smoothly. She brings a calm, grounded presence to her work, combining a love of organization with a deep commitment to supporting others. Miley studied fine arts and carries that creative foundation into how she solves problems and builds relationships.

Miley is especially curious about how people think, feel, and work together- an interest that’s led her to study psychology and emotional intelligence in her own time. She’s passionate about lifelong learning and is always exploring new skills, ranging from acquiring her SHRM-CP certification to diving into the art and discipline of tattooing. Outside of work, she can usually be found on Colorado’s trails and in its parks with her two Australian Shepherds, Leaf and Lou- her favorite adventure buddies.
